Lead and coordinate Excavator, Haul Truck and Ancillary Operators across the shift; Conduct pre-starts, shift handovers and daily workforce and equipment allocations; Execute daily mining priorities in accordance with the site mine plan and production requirements; Monitor load-and-haul performance, material movement, dump construction and operating efficiency; Work closely with maintenance personnel to coordinate servicing, breakdowns and equipment availability; Maintain accurate shift reports, production records and operational handovers; Conduct workplace and pit inspections and proactively manage hazards and changing conditions; Maintain strong safety standards and visible field leadership across the mining team
