Fullstack Engineer Django Nextjs

## About the role We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for designing robust security, privacy and compliance solutions to join our team. As a full Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our applications. While industry experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly. We are an early stage startup and we are looking to establish our development team. ## Responsibilities - Develop frontend components using modern frameworks such as NextJS - Design and implement scalable backend solutions using technologies like Node.js, GoLang, Rust, Django, or Flask. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems. - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in full stack development. - System Design and DevOps experience is a plus ## Tech Stack & Relevant Libraries - **Backend & ETL (Python):** Python (FastAPI or Flask), Pandas/NumPy (for data normalization), and scraping/ingestion tools (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Selenium) - **AI & LLM Orchestration:** LangChain, LlamaIndex, and direct integration with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for smart data extraction from unstructured sources - **Frontend (React / Next.js):** React, Next.js, and modern styling libraries (Tailwind CSS, Material-UI) - **Database:** Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL options, optionally paired with Vector Databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone) for the AI chatbot context
