Backend Intern

## About the role We are looking for a Backend Engineer Intern to join our team and work on developing and maintaining the backend of our web application. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software development principles and experience with Python, Django, and FastAPI. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with the development team to design and implement APIs and backend services - Build scalable and efficient systems to handle large volumes of data - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code - Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions - Work with data scientists and frontend developers to integrate backend services with other components of the application - Debug and troubleshoot issues in the backend ## Requirements - Strong understanding of software development principles - Experience with Python, Django, and FastAPI - Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB - Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members - Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow ## Education - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. ## What we offer - This is a full-time internship position and the duration of the internship is negotiable. ## How to apply If you are interested in this position, please send your resume and a cover letter explaining your qualifications and interest in this role.
