Mentor Competitive Programming Teaching

## About the role Conduct live in-person classroom sessions for students. ## Responsibilities - Deliver Competitive Programming sessions in an interactive and engaging manner. - Provide assistance and clarity to students' doubts during and after sessions. - Explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way. - Use real-world examples and practical problem-solving approaches for better student comprehension. - Assist in conducting weekly tests, coding assessments, and evaluations. - Help students develop and strengthen their Competitive Programming and problem-solving concepts. - Maintain classroom discipline, student engagement, and regular interaction during sessions. ## Skills Required - The mentor should possess a strong understanding of Competitive Programming and Dynamic Programming and demonstrate expertise through hands-on experience and practical implementation. - Candidates should be able to explain concepts using real-life examples, share practical insights and solutions, and should be proficient in either Java or C++. ## Additional Information - Work Mode: In-Person / Onsite - Competitive pay structure - Minimum availability: 2–3 hours per day and 5 days a week - Opportunity to work as a contractual / freelance mentor - Immediate joining preferred
