Responsibilities
Support employees with questions and challenges regarding logistics and dispatch systems, coordinate support cases with external IT partners and software vendors, train users and support branches in optimal system usage, identify optimization potentials and develop processes and systems jointly with business units, represent business interests towards external software and IT partners, translate business requirements into clear specifications and user stories, manage system landscape evolution and steer projects from conception to go-live, ensure application integration and data quality along processes, coordinate external development partners and ensure on-time and on-target implementation while controlling development budgets, support rollouts and assist teams in successful introduction of new solutions
