Perform monthly payroll calculations using DATEV LODAS, prepare and calculate bonuses and year-end payments, manage employee data and onboarding/offboarding processes, verify supporting documents, submit reports to social security agencies and tax authorities, answer employee payroll inquiries, assist in month-end and year-end closing, participate in audits by tax authorities
