Read and understand AutoCAD drawings/sketches and standards; Measure parts using instruments such as electronic metrology equipment, rulers, calipers, micrometers, gauges; Collaborate with pump shop employees to gather critical data/information for reverse engineering; Reverse engineering pump parts such as impellers, pump cases, bearing houses; Operate CMM equipment to collecting data for part development; First article casting inspections; Part repair work scope development; RFQ – Assign new drawing number for parts not in our database; Work Orders – check work order, print drawing and assign to right department
