Supervise day-to-day operations of the Core Laboratory department, Perform bench work and maintain proficiency in technical operations, Ensure laboratory tests are accurately performed and results reported timely, Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel, Monitor daily workflow and schedule assay coverage, Ensure all shifts are properly staffed, Research and resolve production errors, Engage in continuous process and service level improvements, Ensure all equipment is properly maintained through Quality Control, Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance records, Evaluate new process improvements, Meet regularly with direct reports for coaching, Ensure work compliance with state and Federal regulations, Process and maintain payroll and personnel files
