Own quality lifecycle management for Direct Material suppliers; Act as interface for quality topics between suppliers and Kenvue; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards; Lead cross-functional teams to improve supplier reliability; Lead supplier review governance meetings and performance reviews; Establish partnerships with cross-functional teams to support business growth and continuity; Build partnerships with internal manufacturing sites for quality event investigations and audits; Coordinate continuous improvement processes at suppliers through KPIs and CAPA; Own audit planning for assigned suppliers; Drive key programs and initiatives across Quality & Compliance; Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities; Drive performance management and be accountable for metrics and scorecards
