Support the CRO in developing and maintaining the ERM framework; Facilitate the development and calibration of risk appetite; Drive the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risks; Coordinate Operational Loss & Near Miss (OLNM) reporting; Provide oversight of operational risk registers and remediation plans; Prepare materials for Risk Forums and governance committees; Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and other control functions; Promote a strong second-line risk culture and deliver training; Contribute to ERM enhancement initiatives and emerging risk working groups
