If you're passionate about solving problems through design, care deeply about usability, and believe in the power of clean, thoughtful aesthetics, we'd love to meet you. ## Responsibilities - Lead design for core product experiences – shaping how users navigate, understand, and interact with our platform. - Turn complexity into clarity – simplifying flows and presenting information in ways that feel effortless to users. - Collaborate with product and engineering – from concept to delivery, ensuring every interaction is user-centric and pixel-perfect. - Create and maintain design systems – defining visual and interaction patterns for consistency across our product lines. - Conduct user research and usability testing – uncovering insights that inform product decisions and guide UX improvements. - Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes – bringing ideas to life for stakeholders and customers. - Review implemented features – ensuring design quality, usability, and alignment with our brand vision. - Support marketing efforts – designing visually compelling assets for campaigns and product launches. ## Desired Skills and Experience - 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates simplicity, strong visual craft, and great UX thinking. - Proven ability to design for complex workflows and make them feel seamless. - Strong skills in wireframing, interaction design, and visual design, with mastery of modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). - Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality experiences. - Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles. - Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment where you'll own design end-to-end. - Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale and guiding discussions around UX decisions. - Bonus: Experience working in fintech, insurtech, or complex B2B/B2C SaaS products.
