## About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making at TransFi. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience managing end-to-end finance functions in a fast-paced environment. ## Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliations - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the organization - Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders - Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial processes - Support leadership with data-driven insights for business decisions - Manage and mentor junior finance team members ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles - Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance - Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel (advanced preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ## Preferred Qualifications - CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification - Experience in fintech, payments, or startup ecosystem - Familiarity with international financial regulations ## What We Offer - Opportunity to work in a high-growth fintech environment - Exposure to global markets and financial operations - Collaborative and fast-paced work culture
