Responsibilities
Lead the annual ISG strategic cycle; Lead application of business and artificial intelligence; Lead engagement with corporate support teams; Engage with and drive initiatives with divisional business and engineering leads; Support divisional M&A activities; Lead staff meetings and assume responsibility for strategic and cross-functional projects or initiatives; Prepare, co-ordinate, and run monthly and quarterly business reviews for ISG; Plan and coordinate employee and leadership communication; Define and maintain an operating model, including KPI's; Coordinate communication cadence and channels for leadership team into the organization; Act as a sounding board to senior leadership on matters of strategy, team efficiency, and operations; Execute on strategic projects, both internal and to the broader organization; Work with support functions, such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal to drive success of initiatives; Interact and co-ordinate with other divisional, and business group level COS
