Responsibilities
Drive sustaining support for existing products to keep production stable, improve yield and quality, and reduce cost; Lead product issue investigation by identifying root cause and working with all sites to implement corrective actions; Monitor product performance by analyzing data (FT, probe, reliability, CZ) to identify trends, variations, and potential risks early; Provide timely and clear responses to customer inquiries and technical requests; Support product changes as Product Engineering owner (SLO), ensuring proper coordination, documentation, and timely release; Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance yield, optimize testing, and reduce costs; Take ownership of assigned product portfolio by monitoring product health, ensuring issues are followed up and closed on time; Support rapid release and urgent business needs by responding quickly and managing fast-track activities when required.
