Lead end-to-end NPI execution ensuring first-time-right builds and safe launch, oversee NPI engineers and technicians, manage cross-functional alignment (Planning, PE, IE, QA, Test, Materials, Supply Chain), deliver KPIs (OTS/OTC, Safe Launch Yield, Engg Cycle Time, EBR hit rate, Rel first pass hit rate), lead issue containment and yield improvement, facilitate daily/weekly cross-functional NPI meetings, lead and coach NPI Engineers and Technicians, ensure QMS/IATF/PPAP compliance and documentation, implement NPI Library / uBOM, drive cost and quality improvement.
