Monitor network services and fixed satellite service customers; manage troubleshooting and investigation of reported faults; perform corrective and preventative maintenance on satellite communication baseband and RF equipment; perform maintenance on critical systems at the Allan Park Earth Station facility; review and update customer network documentation; assist Network Engineering Division with new service implementation; monitor remote customer networks for alarm detection and service degradation; document network trouble reports; investigate sources of satellite RF interference; work directly with Telesat customers and third-party contractors.
