We're looking for a Senior SDET to elevate our quality engineering practices across APIs, web, and data pipelines. You'll design and implement automation frameworks, partner closely with product and engineering, and bring a test-first mindset into everything we ship. This role is highly impactful—you'll ensure that our releases are stable, secure, and meet the expectations of some of the largest insurance carriers and brokers. ## Responsibilities - Architect, design, and implement the core framework for test automation. - Build, maintain, and scale regression and integration test suites to support continuous delivery (multiple deploys per day). - Participate in design and code reviews and drive automation as a requirement. - Ship quality releases by building quality gates as builds progress to production. - Monitor, debug and fix automation infrastructure. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define test strategies for new features and platforms. - Champion a culture of quality, ownership, and customer-obsession within engineering. ## Desired Skills and Experience - 5+ years' experience design and development of automation tests. - Experience with automating web tests using standard frameworks. - Experience in writing automation for RESTful services. - Experience building end to end integration tests for a large scale distributed system. - Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical peers. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup like environment. - Experience in scrum and agile methodologies. ## Education - BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
