Responsibilities
Manage design and coordination of multiple data center projects from concept through detailed design; Act as primary point of contact for design-related items coordinating with providers and consultants; Coordinate with internal SMEs across electrical, mechanical, and IT disciplines; Apply design guidelines and industry best practices for value-engineering; Track and document deviations from Basis of Design; Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; Review and evaluate OFCI equipment submittals; Participate in design reviews and commissioning plan feedback; Assist with RFPs for consultants and vendors; Prepare executive and project reports; Conduct site visits to review design implementation and adherence to specifications; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Capacity, Network Engineering, and Operations.
