Role Overview: The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and core positions, overseeing all HR modules, and driving organizational development initiatives. This role is vital for establishing a robust talent pipeline, enhancing HR processes, and fostering a positive corporate culture aligned with fast-evolving e-commerce business needs. Key Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in high-end talent acquisition, especially for managerial and director-level roles • Extensive knowledge of HR modules including recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development • Familiarity with the consumer goods or e-commerce industry, particularly beauty, personal care, and household products • Prior experience working with mid-sized consumer brands or e-commerce companies (annual revenue of 1-5 billion RMB) • Ability to independently build and optimise HR systems and processes • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills • Age up to 38 years, with high energy and adaptability to fast-paced environments Key Responsibilities: • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, including department managers and directors, to build a leadership-ready talent pool • Oversee the implementation of all HR modules: manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, performance evaluations, training, employee relations, and organizational culture • Optimize organizational structure, role responsibilities, and performance systems to match rapid online business growth on platforms like Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Tmall • Conduct talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, and develop talent development and succession plans • Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee mobility, offboarding, attendance, social security and housing funds, and dispute resolution • Promote and maintain a healthy, energetic company culture through team-building activities, employee engagement, and cultural initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields • Deep industry experience in beauty, personal care, or household consumer products, with solid understanding of e-commerce operational standards • Previous roles in consumer or e-commerce brands with annual revenues between 1-5 billion RMB, with full HR system oversight experience • Expertise in recruiting senior management and core talent, with proven success in talent sourcing and onboarding • Up to 38 years old, energetic, suited for a fast-moving e-commerce environment • Strong organisational, communication, and legal regulatory knowledge The position is based on-site and long-term engagement is available, with an expected start date of 25/06/2026.
