Required skills

University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience, Strong, production-level Python development skills (familiarity with C++ also a plus), Experience building distributed, real-time, or event-driven applications using technologies such as Kafka, Docker, and Linux-based infrastructure, Experience working with trading systems, especially within the Crypto ecosystem, Ability to work pragmatically in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly based on rapidly changing market conditions, The ability to react quickly and accurately to rapidly changing market conditions, including the ability to quickly and accurately respond and/or solve math and coding problems are essential functions of the role
