Maintaining a clean & safe work environment, maintaining professional working relationships with co-workers, ensuring product meets or exceeds quality standards, analyzing equipment operations, operating and programming presses, setters, pickers, scales and bearing equipment, operating tram cab, high lift and other transport machinery, transferring kiln cars, gauges and cleans kiln cars, operates lift trucks to transport materials, performs SMS charting and analysis of process variables, performs minor preventative maintenance on equipment, participates in report out and production meetings, ability to effectively receive and decipher instructions, provides innovative solutions, works independently or as a team member
