Responsibilities
Build and develop a unified Group Accounting function spanning Ukrainian and non-resident entities; Design and roll out a single, consistent accounting methodology across all group entities; Manage three subdivisions: Ukrainian Companies Accounting, International Accounting, and Payroll Accounting; Build unified, comparable accounting data to support correct allocation of shared costs and reconciliation of intercompany balances; Own the accounting workstream of the Odoo ERP rollout; Ensure proper local accounting and tax compliance for non-resident entities (US, Netherlands, Estonia); Recruit, develop, and mentor accounting team leads and staff; Partner with Finance, Treasury, and Group Taxation leadership; Report directly to the Finance Director
