Responsibilities
Lead and manage Equipment Engineers and Technicians in daily SMT line support, preventive maintenance, corrective troubleshooting, and breakdown recovery; Drive equipment performance targets by maximizing OEE and reducing equipment downtime, MTBF, and MTTR; Establish and improve preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, spare parts management, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs; Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for major equipment failures and recurring issues; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SMT equipment efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness; Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and other support teams to achieve manufacturing and equipment performance goals.
