Manage full order-to-delivery lifecycle from SAP entry to final delivery; Ensure accurate and timely export, shipping, and customs documentation; Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers; Monitor shipment performance, order accuracy, lead times, and logistics KPIs; Manage freight forwarder/carrier relationships and support freight-cost optimization; Drive SAP-enabled automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement; Lead and support the Order Management & Logistics Team
