Responsibilities
Build positive relationships with young people in the youth justice system; Mentor a caseload of up to eight young people to achieve case plan goals; Assist young people to develop life skills and improve health and wellbeing; Support young people to access specialist services; Advocate on behalf of young people to address barriers; Work collaboratively with Youth Justice Officers and stakeholders; Liaise with schools, health professionals, and families; Maintain accurate client records and reports.
