Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and develop the first engineers including Linux Kernel Engineers; Coordinate a multidisciplinary team (Embedded Software, ISP, FPGA, Optics, V&V); Define technical roadmap and manage priorities and risks; Build engineering processes (Design Review, CI/CD, automated testing); Mentor and coach the engineering team; Interact with Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external suppliers (sensors, ISP platforms, optics, ODM/OEM).
