Lead and elevate an assigned portfolio, constantly scouting for alternative suppliers on current product optimizations and future innovations; Drive strategic market analysis (specifically fats & oils, sunflower, and grains) to stay ahead of global trends and volatility; Drive strategic decision-making in sourcing and investments, balancing risk with the opportunity to scale efficiently; Partner closely with Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality Management to ensure our ingredients meet the highest standards of performance and sustainability; Identify risks and opportunities by providing early warnings and trend forecasts; Act as a key sparring partner for the Head of Procurement to continuously optimize our global sourcing strategy
