Researcher in Sustainable Microelectronics Circular Electronics

Your will be design and evaluate lightweight mechanisms for authentication, traceability, and aging estimation of integrated circuits, with the aim of enabling their reuse in a multi-life electronics framework. You will develop hardware solutions, analyze their robustness and reliability and conduct experimental validations. The work may also involve analyzing repurposing scenarios and related technical and economic models as part of a systemic approach to circular electronics.
