Job Title:  Retail Events & Experiences Specialist – NA UGG

Reports to:  Manager, Retail Events & Experiences - NA UGG

Location: New York Showroom (New York, NY-Hybrid), 3 times per week in office, Monday-Wednesday

The Retail Events & Experiences Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of UGG North America's retail and experiential marketing programs. This position helps bring the brand to life through consumer, VIP, wholesale, and retail activations that build community, drive engagement, and create memorable brand experiences. Working closely with Marketing, Retail, and Wholesale teams, you’ll manage day-to-day event planning, production coordination, and execution across key seasonal initiatives, product launches, collaborations, and cultural moments.

Your Impact

• Support the planning and execution of retail, consumer, VIP, and wholesale activations, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases of an event
• Coordinate event materials, product allocation, visual merchandising, hospitality, and experiential touchpoints to ensure brand consistency
• Assist with new store openings, wholesale partner events, seasonal campaigns, and community activations across North America
• Coordinate with agencies, production partners, venues, and vendors to support logistics, timelines, budgets, and execution
• Manage day-to-day communication with external partners, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and project milestones are met
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across communications, creative, retail, PR, social, and paid channels
• Support the day-to-day operations of the North America Brand Marketing team, including regional integrated marketing planning, product orders, budget tracking, meeting coordination, and other marketing administration as needed
• Develop post-event recaps, track performance metrics, and document key learnings and recommendations
• Monitor industry trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inspire future experiences and activations
• Ability to travel up to 25% for necessary key market activations and internal meetings

Who You Are

• Highly organized and proactive marketer with 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, retail marketing, or brand activations
• Strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Passionate about culture, fashion, retail, and creating meaningful consumer experiences
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and retail partners
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and execute flawlessly
• Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities shift
• Curious about emerging trends and innovative ways brands connect with consumers
• Willing to travel and support on-site event execution as needed
• Hands-on experience supporting branded events and experiences
• Exposure to working with agencies, production teams, and creative vendors
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a fast-paced, highly creative marketing environment
