Provide direct supervision and day-to-day direction to a team of engineers, technicians, or contractor personnel; Manage work assignments, staffing levels, shift coordination, and performance tracking; Coordinate hook-up construction activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), high-purity, and process utility systems; Review and interpret engineering documents, layouts, and schematics for tool hook-up and facility infrastructure; Support installation, testing, and commissioning of utilities (electrical, gas, chemical, water, etc.) to semiconductor equipment; Lead or participate in construction walk-downs, punch list closeout, and handover readiness assessments
