## About the role
Learn to build real products in an environment where AI tools are part of the daily workflow. This isn't a "fetch coffee and watch" internship—you'll ship actual features for client projects while developing the hybrid skills that define modern development: strong fundamentals plus AI fluency.
## Responsibilities
- Build real features for production websites and applications, not tutorial projects
- Work with AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) as standard tools—learning when they accelerate work and when they mislead
- Write code and review AI-generated code, developing the critical eye that separates good developers from prompt-button-pushers
- Contribute to client projects in real estate marketing, lead generation systems, and web applications
- Learn modern deployment workflows—Git, Vercel, CI/CD pipelines
- Develop prompt engineering skills that translate vague requirements into working code
## Requirements
### Technical Foundation (at least some of these)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
- Exposure to React.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
- Some backend experience (Node.js, databases)
- Mobile development interest (Flutter, React Native) is a plus
### What Matters More Than Your Stack
- Curiosity about how things work under the hood
- Willingness to debug and figure things out, not just ask for answers
- Some experience using AI tools for coding or learning
- Ability to communicate clearly about what you're building and where you're stuck
## Who Should Apply
- Currently studying or recently graduated (any year)
- Available for full-time work (6 months preferred)
- Can start immediately or within 2 weeks
- Genuinely interested in web development, not just looking for any internship
- Comfortable working remotely with async communication
## What You Get
- Real experience: Work on shipped products, not internal busywork
- AI tool access: Premium subscriptions to coding assistants
- Pre-placement offer (PPO): Strong performers get full-time offers
- Letter of recommendation: Based on actual project contributions
- Flexible hours: Results matter more than seat time
- Certificate of completion
## What We Don't Care About
- Your college's ranking
- Perfect GPAs
- Whether you've done 5 internships already
- Formal dress codes
## How to Apply
Skip the generic cover letter. Instead, send us:
- A small project or code sample—can be a GitHub repo, a deployed site, or even a well-documented learning project
- A brief note (3-4 sentences) on something you built or learned using AI tools
- Your availability and expected start date
Note: We review applications weekly. If you don't hear back within 10 days, feel free to follow up.
