Design and specify special production tools for structure and equipment assembly processes; Create innovative tooling concepts aligned with production, quality assurance, safety, and ergonomics requirements; Lead sub-projects for tooling development, including cost and schedule estimation; Integrate mature manufacturing technologies, measurement and control systems, and automation in collaboration with specialized departments; Support financial processes by preparing CapEx and OpEx dossiers; Provide technical evaluation of supplier offers and support procurement phases; Conduct supplier acceptance testing and handover tools to serial production; Validate technical documentation and support root cause analysis for non-conformities; Manage subcontracted design offices and ensure quality, timeline, and cost adherence; Drive continuous improvement in tooling technology for cost and efficiency optimization.
