Responsibilities
Drive board design phases including product spec review, architecture design, component selection, schematics drawing, BOM, board layout, board bring-up, verification testing, and EMC pre-compliance testing; Coordinate optical subassembly, mechanical, and PCB layout engineers to optimize transceiver design; Lead the integration of hardware, firmware, and optics; Debug and troubleshoot optical transceivers; Resolve DFM issues from engineering and factory feedback; Interact with program managers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure part availability; Support module production line via business travel.
