Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative direction and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP and financial system applications, including production support activities. Maintain, train, and test upgrades to the Oracle Cloud ERP module. Evaluate, customize, and implement Oracle embedded AI and AI Agent Studio capabilities. Assist in execution of changes to Oracle Cloud ERP configuration and development of OTBI reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and technical needs. Deliver process and financial systems technology expertise to meet functional requirements with an emphasis on automation. Manage and provide production support for multiple Oracle Cloud ERP modules and Oracle Cloud EPM. Support the design and adoption of standard operating procedures and best practices.
