Responsibilities
Lead and manage business systems projects from initiation through deployment; Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP); Lead implementation and support of Oracle Cloud modules (Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP); Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications; Ensure data accuracy, master data governance, and integration consistency across systems; Develop documentation including BRD, test scripts, and training materials; Troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and support production operations; Work with developers to create customizations, extensions, and interfaces; Perform end-to-end testing including regression and integration testing; Support upgrades, patches, and other lifecycle activities in EBS and Oracle cloud environments; Provide user training and change management support.
