Responsibilities
Develop and maintain manufacturing methods and operation sequences; Collaborate with design engineering and production suppliers; Address moderately complex manufacturing challenges and recommend tooling/process improvements; Develop and implement manufacturing processes and estimate costs/time standards; Support NPI launch and govern sustaining products; Support product transfers between manufacturing sites; Analyze data for quality & process control; Drive process optimization, yield improvements, and consistency; Provide technical support for systemic defects, line stops, and quality issues; Enforce and review SoP docs and SPC specs; Conduct audits of factory processes; Provide oversight during critical production stages
