Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing execution excellence and customer experience through operational performance on delivery, quality, cost and transformation; Manage lab operations, equipment maintenance, and field service/depot repair processes; Ensure EMS Partners sites have the outstanding Quality Management System (QMS) deployed throughout their operation; Lead operational excellence metrics ACT Yield, timely Delivery, etc. and accountable for associated business results; Accountable to solve any factory related quality issues involving failure analysis and its processes; Drive cycle time reduction, test optimizations, and quality improvement to meet and improve cost and lead time; Drive qualification of SMT lines for next gen PCBA technologies, BGA, edge bonding, large press fit connectors, and process characterizations; Act as the escalation point for critical issues, reporting risk assessments and ETA metrics to senior leadership
