Stay informed on automation, threat intelligence, compliance, and AI-driven security tools and trends, validating AI outputs appropriately. - Apply foundational consulting and collaboration skills to communicate, manage expectations, and adapt plans as needed. - Collaborate across internal teams—including Senior Customer Engineers (CEs), Cisco Account Teams, and Partners—to understand the range of solutions offered to customers. - Take ownership of team deliverables and build connections to solve problems, contributing to a unified customer experience.
