## About the Role Powr of You is looking for a Manual QA Tester to execute software testing activities across web and mobile applications. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Indonesia only. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in manual testing with a strong foundation in software QA methodologies, testing techniques, and defect tracking. This role requires access to Android test devices and the ability to seamlessly switch between testing different products as needed. ## Responsibilities - Execute functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across web and mobile applications. - Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test documentation. - Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system (we use ClickUp). - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on defects and report findings to the development team. - Verify product behavior across multiple platforms, including web, extension, devices. - Provide clear and structured feedback to improve software quality and user experience. - Maintain strong communication with developers, and other stakeholders. - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple testing tasks across different products. - (Optional) If interested, assist in basic automation testing using Playwright, Appium, or similar tools. ## Requirements - 2+ years of experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and bug lifecycle. - Experience with cross-platform and device testing, including website, browser extensions, Android. - Access to an Android test device (mandatory) - more than one manufacturer device is preferred. - Ability to test local shopping, food apps necessary. - Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools (we use ClickUp similar to Jira etc). - Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently across multiple projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Basic familiarity with automation testing (Playwright, Appium, or equivalent) is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. ## What We Offer - Remote position with access to your own laptop and a high-speed internet connection. ## About the Company Powr of You
