Responsibilities

Coordinate and process engineering change orders (ECOs) and related documentation through the PLM system, Analyze and assess the impact of proposed changes on materials, manufacturing processes, test requirements and product lifecycle stages, Handle the lifecycle of changes from initial request through implementation to closure, Facilitate the Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, Work closely with design engineering, production management, quality and manufacturing operations, Ensure the Bill of Materials (BOM) is accurate and aligned across all product variants and systems, Ensure accurate documentation of changes including technical specifications, Continuous improvement of existing PLM configuration and business processes, Define, track, measure and improve PLM KPI operational metrics, Assist in facilitating risk assessment for proposed changes, Support New Product Introductions (NPI) activities, Ensure all changes align with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements, Train users on change processes and PLM system usage
