Minimum Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an analytical subject such as Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Software Engineering.
Experience : 2+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent, with a strong passion for technology and building high-quality software.
Coding Aptitude : Solid architecture and programming experience, with the ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly.
Problem Solving : Ability to apply (and lead) a scientific and creative approach to solving complex problems.
Adaptable & Collaborative : Thrives in diverse team environments and communicates clearly and precisely.
Quality Focus : Strong attention to detail, experience defining test strategies, and a commitment to continuous learning and quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
End-to-end development experience across the stack, in some or all of the following:
Languages: Modern C++, Swift, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python
UI Frameworks: Qt, Cocoa, React, Angular, or similar
Back-end: Java (Spring), RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and API design
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, including contract testing and test automation within CI pipelines.
Nice to have: An interest in AI-assisted development, including hands-on use or experimentation with LLM-based tools for tasks such as scaffolding, refactoring.
