Update monthly project schedule revisions; review and issue monthly execution reports to Regional Construction Manager and Steering Committee; supervise and approve monthly budget revisions; manage procurement RFQs and adjudication proposals; oversee engineering requirements during execution; manage direct client communication and contract compliance; ensure completion of construction and As-Built documentation; establish and follow up on management plans (PMP); estimate HR resources and manage project team performance; manage subcontractor and supplier issues, including change orders and extra-cost negotiations; control Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans; obtain licenses, authorizations, and permits; manage contract signing processes; coordinate internal and external audits; follow up on technical guarantee compliance tests; manage handover of facility to Production and CECOER.
