Support and promote the project's OHS System and Management Plan; assist site operations with compliance to OHS legislation and site rules; liaise with Site Superintendents; educate and guide personnel on safety best practices; complete required documentation; maintain safety standards; facilitate site inspections and implement corrective actions; ensure safe job procedures are available; follow up with injured workers; maintain injury/illness/incident documentation; organize and schedule safety training; ensure adequate first aid coverage; provide direction and resources to site managers and supervisors; analyze leading and lagging indicators; provide site-specific orientations and training.
