Review deliverables from Staff Engineers and support areas to provide feedback for process improvement; Develop analysis and interpretation of data and tools; Create technical reports and memos for engineering leadership and PM; Collaborate with construction/operations to improve technical solutions and control subcontractor progress; Develop engineering schedules and control project timelines; Coordinate assigned specialist teams; Manage procurement in coordination with the Purchasing Department and PM; Conduct site visits and coordinate with on-site engineering staff; Review designs for client submission and decide on the most economical delivery option; Communicate client design requirements outside the original bid specifications to the PM.
