Consolidate physical progress data from field supervision and contractors; Elaborate and update S-Curves comparing actual progress vs. baseline; Calculate and track performance indicators (SPI, CPI); Coordinate validation of executed quantities (metrados); Support review and consolidation of monthly contractor valuations; Elaborate periodic project control reports for management; Coordinate with planning for schedule updates and variance analysis; Support tracking of contractual changes and their impact on cost and schedule; Maintain updated databases of physical, financial, and project documentation; Coordinate with engineering, logistics, SSOMA, and quality areas for data consistency.
