Responsibilities
Review and update the master maintenance plan based on available resources and plant needs; Schedule annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance activities; Manage and prioritize the maintenance backlog; Define required resources including labor, materials, spare parts, and contractors; Coordinate with stores, procurement, and contracts for material availability; Prepare work packages including procedures, drawings, and permits; Monitor maintenance program compliance and propose corrective actions; Generate and analyze maintenance management indicators; Participate in planned shutdowns and major maintenance activities; Maintain accurate records in the CMMS/ERP system.
