Responsibilities
Operate and control plant systems and equipment; Assist shift supervisor in startups, shutdowns, and operational maneuvers; Execute equipment depressurization and supervise maintenance work; Handle biomass discharge equipment (cranes, telescopic machines); Maintain operational logs and report anomalies; Supervise safety and environmental compliance; Manage spare parts and materials including chemical storage; Control water generation process for steam cycle and monitor quality; Monitor process emissions and ensure regulatory compliance; Conduct operational rounds to verify equipment status; Participate in updating operational procedures and maneuver plans; Support technological improvement proposals; Act as preventive resource for high-risk tasks and emergency drills; Assume shift supervisor duties in absence.
