Develop and monitor project-specific Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) in compliance with Georgia DOT and MUTCD standards; Coordinate with GDOT, law enforcement, subcontractors, and utility companies; Supervise traffic control crews and subcontractors for correct deployment of signage and flaggers; Schedule and manage lane closures, detours, and shift changes; Maintain records of traffic control activities and equipment usage; Review construction schedules to mitigate traffic disruptions; Conduct field inspections for TCP compliance; Manage inventory of traffic control devices.
