Responsibilities
Design and operate backend services across the transaction lifecycle (ingestion, validation, enrichment, matching, approval routing, settlement, reconciliation). Build tool and function APIs for AI agents with clean contracts and safe failure behavior. Implement agent workflows including graph-based orchestration, context assembly, memory, and evaluation harnesses. Build operator-facing surfaces for reviewing agent work (exception queues, audit trails). Model and evolve the platform's data layer with strict schema discipline. Write business and accounting logic as versioned configuration. Ensure correctness with immutable event history, exactly-once settlement, and SOX-compliant audit lineage. Own production services including instrumentation, alerting, and on-call. Mentor engineers and conduct code/design reviews.
