Responsibilities
Drive process integration for TFT display technologies including photolithography, thin film deposition, and etching processes. Perform device physics analysis and characterization of a-Si TFT, Metal Oxide TFT, and LTPS TFT technologies. Conduct failure analysis of pixel circuits and develop solutions for process optimization. Execute simulation work using TCAD, FMEA, FDTD and other modeling tools for process and device development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance TFT architecture and new display technology initiatives. Document technical findings and present results to internal stakeholders. Support metrology and characterization activities for critical-to-quality parameters. Contribute to pathfinding research for emerging display technologies.
